Aim for 4:50 PM (3 hours before departure); the parish organizer says 5:00 PM at the latest. Go to Terminal C and verify the airline check-in area. Collect your ID lanyard at the airport if you missed the parish meeting.

Overnight flight, arriving Monday, September 14, at 11:10 AM local time. The organizer expects dinner and breakfast on board. Proximo says married couples are seated together, possibly across an aisle: check your boarding passes and ask the airline if the seats do not match that arrangement. Confirm operating carrier and gate.

Mass & prayer

The organizer suggests the Saturday 5 PM vigil (September 12) or Sunday morning Mass before heading to the airport. Confirm your parish service time.

Before you head out

  • Keep passport, boarding passes, medication, adapter and a change of clothes in your carry-on. Wear your Proximo lanyard.
  • Check the airline’s current baggage allowance. Your packet describes one checked bag up to 50 lb, but airline rules control.
